Gyeol rushes to the hospital on Eun-ae's scooter after Kang-su loses consciousness. Yeong-hwa feels relieved upon seeing Kang-su wake up, but the family creates tension by blaming Gyeol. Seung-ri grows wary of Eun-ae's presence and sharpens her guard. Eun-ae notices Gyeol's isolated position and feels sympathy toward him. Meanwhile, Seung-wu is surprised to learn that Eun-nim is the author of "The ER Witch." Kang-su secretly tells Gwon-sik to find a lost child as time is running out.
