The Prince of Wales joins a World Mental Health Day discussion (3x19)

The Prince of Wales joined a panel discussion at the 'Exploring our Emotional Worlds' youth forum on World Mental Health Day. His Royal Highness joined young people representing The Mix youth mental health charity, Fatima Diallo (21) and Michael Lister (20) on the panel, which was hosted by Mental Health Advocate Dr Alex George. Delivered in partnership with The Mix charity and featuring presenters from BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and Asian Network, Exploring our Emotional Worlds brought together 100 young people to start a conversation about how they manage their emotions.
