The Granite World's President, Bocca, has begun the "Human World Farming Plan." The new Gochizo created by Nielve forces people to be happy, resulting in the mass production of Hitopress. Nielve rebels and attempts to turn the tables, but Bocca sees through his plan and he tragically self-destructs.
