Linne is a girl who cannot see other people's faces. Born into a family whose job it is to exorcise supernatural phenomena, she sets out on her mission with the help of Yakumo, the great rain god. The two defeat one supernatural phenomenon after another, but they encounter an unexpected enemy - a monster possessing a black crystal that can regenerate infinitely. The mysterious man, Jugemu, saves the two from peril.
