While the employees around her have their eyes bawling with confirmed overtime, Momo (Sari Ito) throws her work away and proudly announces to Ume (Noriko Eguchi) when she reaches her regular hours that she is going home. When Ume tries to stop her, Momo says, "The reason we work so much overtime is because the company hasn't made progress with IT. Our company is on the losing side of the IT gap", and emphasises that going home on time is a "silent protest against the company". Ume-san is not dissatisfied?" He then asks, "Are you not satisfied?
