Ask the liquor store for a bottle of sherry and they will have to look for it. Ask for a bottle of whisky, rum, gin or beer that has been matured in a sherry cask and the drinks supply appears to consist of almost nothing else. They call it 'Sherry cask'. Supposedly good for the taste. But where do all those sherry barrels come from, if so little sherry is drunk?
