The episode continues to reveal the characters' internal conflicts. Magdalena and Radislav have lunch at his mother's house, where the memorial service for his father reveals that Laura is not Magdalena's biological daughter. The therapists continue working with their patients. Radislav helps Dr. Topazova, an anesthesiologist battling depression after the pandemic and the loss of a colleague. Manov promises to help her and shares with Magdalena about Dr. Lipovanska's death, admitting he feels in crisis. Yasenova meets Ava, who no longer believes in ballet and plans plastic surgery to work in chalga clubs. Kalin discusses his family and his struggles with an "open relationship." Manov's session is interrupted by bad news – Maria's son is involved in an assault on a homosexual man and has gone missing. Yasenova blames herself for the incident.
