Chairman Jung tells Ae Ri that he'll help her pay her debt if she signs the divorce papers. Ae Ri becomes enraged when he makes this offer, but he tells her that she has no right to be forgiven and that she should try not to go to prison for the sake of her child. In the meantime, Kyo Bin finds out that there are asset seizure stickers all over his room and realizes that this all happened because of Ae Ri.
