Manuel decides to go for a walk after having a strong fight with Leonor for not accepting his marriage proposal. José Luis takes advantage of the fact that his wife is alone at home and seriously attacks her. While she desperately asks for help, Manuel arrives and demands that his brother leave, in the middle of a tense discussion. José Luis makes a radical decision and gives Leontina the room that belonged to his wife. Not only that, he also asks her to use his clothes and she happily agrees. Violeta decides to tell Luis Emilio that she is pregnant and he suggests that Juan Cristóbal examine her before making any decision. The doctor confirms that the young woman is expecting a child. Violeta is surprised by the presence of the young man she loves and he expresses his unrestricted support for her pregnancy. Ignacio discovers Leontina sleeping in her mother's room and questions her harshly, as he does not agree with her taking her place.
