Fermentation is one of the most important variables in brewing the brewer can control. Selecting the right equipment and designing the correct space for production needs will ensure you have the capabilities to produce the highest quality beer. Joined by Alex Smith of ABS Commercial and Dustin Hauck of Hauck Architecture, we will discuss floor plan to fermentation vessels, yeast brinks, and cellar capacity to arm brewers with the information they should consider when building out cellar space.
