At the end of their time on the Estate, Colin and Justin are struggling to raise funding but they manage to transform the community hall and create a youth centre . A survey commissioned to discover whether the residents think they have made a difference reveals that some of their bold design ideas have been welcomed, but more importantly the residents are now much more proud of the Estate.
