Chef Suvir Saran introduces a novel challenge in the MasterChef Kitchen: The Overnight Challenge. Split into 2 parts, cooks have 45 minutes to prep, allowing for fermentation, marination, and slow cooking. They return after 12 hours and have 60 minutes to finish their dishes. In the end, 3 underwhelming dishes lead to elimination from the immunity pin race.
