The police find the belongings of Aarushi and Pratigya at the murder site of Sarju, the thug who had attacked them. Aarushi tells Pratigya that she had bashed Sarju’s head with a stone. Aarushi gets arrested. When Pratigya tells the police that it was for self-defence, Sajjan interrupts her.
