Ammaji and Sajjan Singh are furious that Sumitra cooked a non-veg dish on Ashtami. He asks her to clean the kitchen as punishment. Sumitra tells Krishna that Pratigya did not stop her from making the dish. Krishna does not believe Pratigya when she says she did not know about it. She confides in Aarushi.
