Yes it is. It was a documentary, shot on location. But what did that One Giant Leap actually do for "mankind" anyway? This is not a "debunking" video, but a review of a Criterion-released documentary. Conspiracy theories about the landing will be treated with all the respect that conspiracy theories deserve.
