While playing ball, Doraemon, Noby and friends come across a tiny dwarf boy on a search for a new home for his people, as his village is under threat of destruction by "giants with machines" (human beings). Doraemon and friends' quest to help the dwarf people find a new home is interrupted when Big G and a dwarf girl are captured by a "giant" girl who plans to use them as dolls.
