Chi-gam and Eun-seong experience conflict due to Ri-an's presence, while Chi-gang becomes gradually upset with Se-mi's recurring unpredictable behavior. So-jeo tells Ri-an what happened at the water wheel, making them worried that they may return to the past at any moment. One day, both Ri-an and So-jeo disappear from Chi-gam's house.
