A girl goes missing in Xiling District. When Luo Wei Zhao and the Special Investigation Department rush to the scene, they find Pei Su and his team there by chance, who happened to be at the race track. As the investigation progresses, Luo Wei Zhao finds a common thread with a series of girl disappearances that occurred 16 years ago, but the father of the missing girl stabbed the suspect to death at the time, and the investigation ended with the suspect dead. Luo Wei Zhao visits Guo Shi Nan, the victim's father, who has been released after serving his sentence. As he asks Guo Shi Nan to recall his memories from that time, the existence of a certain man emerges.
