Luo Ji was announced as one of the four "Wallfacers" at the United Nations General Assembly. After publicly stating that he rejected all the rights and missions of the Wallfacers, he fled the meeting, but found himself at the "Forging Swords into Plowshares" statue in the General Assembly Square. He was assassinated by an ETO assassin before.
