Some of world's greatest literaturture was written in Azerbaijan. And the Azerbaijani dynasties founded some of the world's greatest empires. Even the name of 'Azerbaycan' is ancient, meaining 'Land of the Eternal Fire', because it is here where the prophet of Zoroaster founded a new religion that would later on influence the Persian Empire.
