André and Janny go to Overijssel, to the IJsseldelta. Janny delves into the history of the Hanseatic cities, which grew into the most prosperous cities in the Netherlands in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries through clever agreements and mutual trade. The tour starts in the ancient and beautiful Zwolle, where the Pollux in the Thorbeckegracht is waiting for them. Via the Zwarte Water they sail into the IJsseldelta, a beautiful wetland area full of farmlands and forests. Halfway through, they turn right onto the Overijsselse Vecht. André and Janny go ball shooting in a meadow. They spend the night in Hasselt, Zwolle's smaller brother.
