Iffi arbeitet Tag und Nacht in ihrem Praktikum. Und ihr Einsatz trägt Früchte: Ihr Chef bietet ihr für das kommende Jahr eine Festanstellung an. Iffi ist außer sich vor Freude, ganz im Gegensatz zu Tagesvater Käthe. Der glaubt, dass Iffi ihre Kinder vernachlässigt.
