Fred and Dave want to get in shape, and the most fun way to do that is mountain biking, but the climbing-up-the-mountain part is way less fun than the bombing-down-the-mountain part. So the guys come up with a plan to turn a 4x4 van into a shuttle bus for getting up to the top of the hill. Then they invite a few "real" mountain bikers to show them the ropes.
