So we went to look at another house, this time a brand new build.. Incase you have no idea why we looked at a house, we got our house appraised after all the renovation and than got an offer straight away without even going to market, so in order to do that we would need to find a new home! We are happy where we are to wait until we find a house we love, so that is where we are now! if we find a house we love we might make the move!
