The first test is on commemorative dates, such as Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day. Those who do well in the challenge will need to prepare, in the final test, dishes with different types of sauces, such as bechamel, hollandaise, velouté, tomato sauce, beurre blanc and Spanish sauce.
