Ben and Semir have an unusual visit from an auditor of the Court of Auditors: Ludwig Tietze. The savings commissioner has found that the two are by far the most expensive police officers in the country. Now Mr. Tietze wants to look at the two of them at work and makes them a tough savings program. Now that the team has launched an investigation into a brutal gang that specializes in shopping center raids. But Ben and Semir are on their own due to the savings course, almost at least, because even when the two are lying in wait, Ludwig Tietze is there.
