He samples the delights of organic Welsh chocolate and visits cooking legend Shaun Hill at his renowned restaurant The Walnut Tree. The day comes to an end at Barry Island, where James and Stephen enjoy all the fairground rides at this famous resort and James cooks Barry Island churros overlooking the beach.
