Dr. Reichwein muses over the death of his friend and patient Richard Braun with Dr. Gillen who suspects foul play. Dr. Reichwein retraces Braun's last steps and determines his death was not an accident but a murder. Two thugs are hired to kill Dr. Reichwein, but he survives. Later Roberto attempts to kill Dr. Reichwein at his office, but he is saved by Tenma who has been shadowing him.
