Mei attends a party as a geisha to help Otoyakko. Kyoka is also unwillingly roped into dressing up as a geisha to repay burning the tatami mats. On this evening, a party called a "popular party" is being held at the behest of Iwasaki Tosuke, and Yakumo, Fujita, Syunso, and Ougai are among those in attendance. Mei, who has been undergoing fiancée training, does her best to entertain the other guests while avoiding running into Ougai.
