Chef Erick Jacquin will try to help Joka's Grill, a São Paulo-based restaurant that has stood still in time. Suffering from competition and declining profits, owners Linda and João fail to invest in the place and have lost the passion for the business they have struggled to build. Jacquin will have to deal with a team that has been used to doing things the same way for a long time before he can correct the mistakes that are being made to guide these owners down the path that leads to a healthy venture.
