Back at it with another patient story on this week's Wednesday checkup! A patient asked me for antibiotics in a situation where they were not indicated and I decided to use the situation as a way for us to broach the topic of overprescription of antibiotics. Also, I changed up some of the details to protect the privacy of my patient so HiPAA is being adhered to.
