On her hundredth birthday, Mrs. Teresa makes a revelation on television that shocks the population: in the municipality there is a treasure that has been hidden since the Second World War. Many adventurers arrive in the village and it happens that the lady is attacked and the "treasure hunt" becomes a "hunt for the murderer". In the meantime, Vincenzo's fiancée, Marcella, arrives in San Candido and the town is slightly dishevelled by her presence.
