Romeo's Disguise (2x14)

Romeo steals PJ Robot and colors on him. While Gekko and Catboy are cleaning PJ Robot in HQ, Owlette gets lured outside by a Flossy Flash comic, only to be captured by Romeo. Romeo uses a machine to disguise himself as Owlette and shamelessly tries to fool the rest of the heroes with his disguise, angering the other villains along the way.
