In Birmingham, Kirstie Allsopp helps sewing blogger Elle and her fiance Ed, who have seen 52 properties and still can't find the perfect pad. Phil Spencer helps Ben and Laura, who are relocating from Bristol to Birmingham. It's Phil's job to find them a property where they won't be stuck in suburbia.
