Former air hostess Amanda is having a Caribbean themed reunion party for former colleagues, but when cocktails are served soon after take-off, there are kitchen cock-ups and the competitive cooks' ambitious dishes don't quite go to plan. Carolyn and Ana both experience dessert malfunctions and Rav tackles Tilapia for the very first time.
