After a four-year nightmare with the tenants of a cottage in north Wales, landlady Rachel gets a shock when she finally gains access to her property. Elsewhere, the Peterborough Council gets a tip-off which leads them to find a property with life-threatening electrics and damp, that could potentially be an overcrowded slum.
