Eight sporting stars, including James Cracknell, Matt Le Tissier, Fatima Whitbread and Liz McColgan, take part in a unique competition designed around sport science. They face tests of balance, control, hand-eye co-ordination and reaction, before the two contestants with the lowest scores go head to head in a battle of focus and reactions, with the loser being eliminated. Presented by Richard Bacon, with sports scientist Professor Greg Whyte providing an insight into the sports science behind each challenge.
