Dealing with her own displacement issues, Raven is on a mission to recruit a few friends that also have a traumatic past.

With the race for Mayor finally being settled, tension still exists between the two candidates. Meanwhile, local authorities close in on a suspect responsible for a heinous crime.

The nefarious activities of Raven and her friends are causing the crew to unravel as their intended purpose is not going as planned.

Raven is determined to get a friend the professional help they are desperately seeking.
