Prior to 'free love' and hippies, Britain's 1960s subculture was dominated by the warring Mods and Rockers. This film explores their feud and how they upset the established order.

Suggs traces the roots of the punk movement and music of the 1970s, a raw revolution that grew out of social deprivation and mass unemployment and still influences society today.
