Race for the Sky

The first episode tells the stories of aviation pioneers such as Otto Lilienthal, the Wright brothers or Louis Blériot. Some women, like Amelia Earhart, who flew across the Atlantic on her plane, managed to stand out in a world dominated by men.

In the battle for supremacy in the skies, airplanes became a destructive weapon during World War II. In addition, in a few decades, flying went from being an exclusive pleasure of a few to a means of daily mass transportation.
