Police officers are being killed in Finland, and Aleksis Nyqvist, a trainee in the media department of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, is given a responsible position. Permanent Secretary Rautakorpi of the Ministry of Defence, on the other hand, gets a brilliant idea.
