Fixer Upper: The Hotel

Chip and Joanna Gaines have big ideas for transforming an old brick building into a boutique hotel; before demolition begins, they must make tough design decisions for the guest rooms, while preserving historical architectural elements.

Jo finalizes design for all four floors of the hotel, and Chip begins demo; they soon find that transforming century-old architecture into a 33-room boutique hotel brings unexpected challenges that require design pivots and an elevator.
