Cyborg 009꞉ Call of Justice

Journalist Lucy Davenport brings a warning about the future and confronts the cyborgs about their past.

The cyborgs regroup. They don their combat armor and fight yet again to vanquish the power of the storm and its cause, the Cowboy.

The cyborgs believe Lucy's story about the Blessed's existence, though they aren't sure they are enemies.

The United Nations Guardians arrive at the cyborgs' ranch, and they're enlisted to detain everyone on charges of suspected terrorism.

The cyborgs become fugitives and flee a battle with the Guardians. Meanwhile, Joe and Francoise hope for peace, and the group divides in order to investigate the Blessed.

Joe and Francoise react differently when they receive an answer to their question from the Monk. Elsewhere, the Guardians stage an attack against the Dolphin 3.

Igarashi releases Jet Link, and they try to rescue Ivan before he's kidnapped by one of the Blessed. Also: Joe must take drastic measures.

Igarashi and Davenport return to New York. Also, the cyborgs and Guardians break into the factory where they suspect Ivan is being held.

Ivan and the Emperor talk about human history. Meanwhile, Gilmore and the remaining cyborgs learn about the Emperor's plan for forced human evolution.

Jet Link faces one of the Blessed outside the space station. While inside, Joe and Heinrich race against time to stop the release of the micro drones.

Davenport and Igarashi are freed by Cyborg 007. Also: Ivan reveals his true motive for joining the Emperor, and the cyborgs and the Guardians converge on New York.

The final battle plays out in New York. Here, Joe faces the Emperor, who has wiped Catalina's memory and sidelined Ivan, and their friends scramble to help.
