A sneak peek inside Mars Petcare's factory in Melton Mowbray, which is operational all day, every day to meet a target of one million packets of pet food a day. There is also a 14-acre research centre where new products are tested. Staff are encouraged to bring in their pets for the happiness of the work environment.
