Cameron partners with a client to construct on a swanky mobile nightclub. In Phoenix, the owner of a coffee shop wants to add an underground tiki bar to his restaurant, but needs Brian and Wes' cash and construction skills to seal the deal.

With $750,000 invested, backers Wes and Brian are blindsided when their clients back out. A veteran enlists Ron's help to build a high end barber shop.

Ron is called to boost sales for a custom turbo kit company. A local apparel company receives cash and sweat equity from backers Wes and Brian. The duo must complete the build on a tight deadline, or risk hurting the reputation of both companies.

Ron has had enough. He is forced to call off a deal when a client for a custom car shop fails to live up to his end of the bargain. In Gulf Shores, backers Cam and Cain help a dentist fulfill his retirement dreams of opening a local brewery.
