Konya kicks off her mission to revitalize Beloit’s Historic College Park neighborhood with the purchase of a large, rundown American Foursquare on Park Avenue.

With the big community open house fast approaching, 721 Park is over budget and behind schedule. While Pete races to finish construction, Konya and her team work to design a space that blends historical charm with a modern touch.

Konya’s newest project, 630 Park Avenue, is a dilapidated Dutch Colonial with great curb appeal, but the inside needs more work than they bargained for. Pete takes on a huge new project: a multi-million dollar entertainment center in downtown Beloit.

Konya and Connor show the half-done house to a potential buyer, while Pete struggles to juggle the 630 Park renovation and the new entertainment center at the same time.
