As Elisabeth celebrates the success of her ethical banking project in the Central African Republic, the Confederation is aligning itself with the UN and freezing Central African funds, some of which would be hosted at Grangier SA.

The Central African minister wants to recover his millions before justice seizes them and threatens Elisabeth, forcing her to give in. To find the funds hidden in opaque montages, she needs Paul, Virginia and Neri, who each have their own strategy.

The kidnappers of Alexandre demand Central African funds as well as a unique diamond, the Heart of Central Africa, which would be in a bank safe. Elisabeth must quickly free the minister's capital and find the jewel. Prosecutor Djourou tries to stop him.
