The Architect

Oslo in the future is completely car-free, but the housing market is disconcerting. When Julie's rent abruptly skyrockets, she comes up with a unique but effective solution: a housing community in a parking garage.

Nina and her boyfriend Marcus are crushed under heavy debt; Julie gets to know her neighbour Kaja, an activist.

Julie begins to question the viability of her project, as its success would eliminate the housing community in the parking garage, but she also badly needs the cash.

Julie claims all the money from the competition and gets the loan she requires; on her way out of the office, Julia encounters Kaja and gets to see the results with her own eyes.
