Life will never be the same after a gigantic storm wipes out Finland's infrastructure. The whole country is on edge and in Helsinki, Police Commissioner Rauni Kolehmainen does her best to calm frayed nerves.

The husband wants away, the supervisor is gone, the emotional behavior problems already extend to the animals. The distance between the police and Yle is tightening. When clearing the situation, Rauni makes a bad mistake.

Marjamaa can be found at the last minute. Rauni unleashes his feelings as the TV camera witnesses. Larsson finds out the cause of people’s emotional symptoms, and most importantly, that everything can be recovered.
