Ayo, 28, is an accountant from South London. He began cooking seriously as a student as he tried to recreate his mother’s Nigerian home cooking and he has never stopped. He’s an experimental cook, not afraid to break cooking conventions. The only rule he abides by is that his dishes must have big flavours. As well as his Nigerian heritage, he’s inspired by his travels and his favourite ingredient is a scotch bonnet.
